Jade is a Senior Associate and assists in the firm’s construction, engineering and infrastructure group and also supports the corporate services and health and safety team.
Jade advises on a wide range of contentious matters and advises insurers, construction professionals including engineers and architects on construction and professional negligence disputes.
Jade also assists on a range of corporate and also health and safety matters for clients generally with a construction background.
Prior to joining Beale & Co, Jade worked as a litigation paralegal gaining experience with a number of varied disputes.
Jade has gained experience in handling claims primarily for a number of construction professionals including engineers, consultants, and surveyors. She has also had experience in drafting corporate documents including LLP Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Board Resolutions and other company documents.
Jade trained and qualified with the firm. During her training contract, Jade spent six month on secondment to Arup, a multinational professional services firm, to assist their in-house legal department. This enabled Jade to better understand client’s needs and build client relationships.
